Heat Wise Innovations was appointed to undertake a major heating system upgrade during the summer holiday period. The programme required significant mechanical works, coordination with other contractors, testing and commissioning to be completed before the school reopened.
Heating plant, distribution and controls upgrade
Removal of existing heating plant and redundant equipment followed by installation of new energy-efficient heating plant.
Plantroom pipework modifications, ancillary equipment and heating distribution alterations throughout the building.
Controls upgrades and optimisation coordinated with the wider school works.
System flushing, testing and commissioning, with final handover completed prior to school reopening.
Delivered within the summer programme.
The upgraded heating system was completed, commissioned and operational before the new school term. The project was completed with zero reportable incidents and handed over to the client and facilities team.
