Heat Wise Innovations was appointed to replace critical plantroom equipment, install new high-efficiency boiler plant and complete extensive mechanical modifications in a fully operational hotel. Maintaining continuous heating and domestic hot water was central to the delivery strategy.
Phased live-energy-centre delivery
Design, supply and installation of temporary heating and domestic hot-water connections before existing equipment was removed.
New cascade boiler plant, flue systems and associated mechanical alterations.
Primary and secondary heating reconfiguration, gas-service alterations, controls integration and system optimisation.
Flushing, testing, commissioning, removal of temporary plant, final switchover, client training and O&M documentation.
Critical services maintained throughout the works.
The hotel and leisure facilities remained fully operational, with zero loss of heating or domestic hot water to guests during the project. The new plant was installed, commissioned and handed over with improved reliability and resilience.
